For safety and regulatory reasons, RXMeds.is does not accept returns on any pharmaceutical products. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and safety of all medications we distribute. Once a product has left our facility, it cannot be returned or restocked, even if it remains unopened.

2. Replacement for Incorrect Orders

While we take every precaution to ensure the accuracy of your order, we understand that mistakes can occasionally occur. To address this:

Order Accuracy Guarantee: All products are carefully scanned and verified before shipment to ensure 100% order accuracy.

Replacement Policy: If you receive an incorrect product, RXMeds.is will reship the correct product at no additional cost. This replacement will be processed on the same day, provided that the issue is confirmed before 1 PM PST.

3. Reporting Issues

If you encounter any issues with your order, it is essential to notify us promptly.

Contact Window: Customers must report any discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving their order.

How to Report: Contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing the following:
Order number
Description of the issue
Photos of the received product(s), if applicable
Once we receive your report, our team will promptly investigate and resolve the issue.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed and confirmed with payment by 1 PM PST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.

Reshipments: For confirmed incorrect orders, replacements will be dispatched on the same day if reported before 1 PM PST.
